Does Fiorennica ship internationally?

We normally only ship within Switzerland, but if you wish to order internationally, please contact us via Instagram or E-Mail and we will find a solution. However, the shipping costs will be higher than for shipping within Switzerland.

Are all your tops really secondhand?

Absolutely! Every top in our collection is a carefully selected secondhand or vintage piece. We believe in sustainable fashion and give these treasures a second life.

How long does shipping take and where do you ship from?

Within Switzerland, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from our location in Bern, Switzerland.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Normally all requests will be declined. Contact us via Instagram or E-Mail for exceptions.

What are the size and condition of the secondhand items?

We place great value on transparency. Each top is individually measured and its condition described in detail. Please compare the measurements provided with your own, as vintage sizes can vary. Any minor imperfections are normal for secondhand clothing and will be described as clearly as possible.

What if the item I received is faulty, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. Please include photos of the item(s) and any accompanying notes when you receive your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
