1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Fiorennica.

2. Products

All products sold by Fiorennica are second-hand items. Minor signs of wear may be present. Each item is checked before shipment and described as accurately as possible.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
No VAT is charged according to Swiss VAT law (small business regulation).

4. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered in the online shop.

5. Shipping

Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 5.– per order.
Orders are usually shipped within 2–7 business days after payment has been received.
International shipping is available on request only. Customers must contact us before placing an order.

6. Transfer of risk

The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the postal service.

7. Returns and refunds

As all items are second-hand, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or significantly different from the description.
Requests must be made within 5 days after receipt of the goods.

8. Liability

Fiorennica is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.

9. Data protection

Personal data is used only for order processing and will not be passed on to third parties except where necessary for payment and shipping.

10. Applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
